Ingredients for Mutton kadai gosht recipe
500 gms Mutton
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
For Kadhai Masala Powder
2 Bay Leaves
5 Dried Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumins
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp fenugreek Seeds / Methi
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Small pc of Mace
1 Black Cardamom
2 Sticks of Cinnamon
1 tbsp Dried fenugreek Leaves
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Cup Oil
2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Onions Chopped
2 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
1 Cup Curd
2 tbsp kadhai Masala powder (which we made)
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Some Chopped Mint Leaves
Some Coriander Chopped
5 Green Chillies
