4 pcs Mutton Paya (Goat Trotters)
¼ Cup Wheat Flour
4 Cloves
1 Small Stick Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Bay Leaves
2 Onions Sliced
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Garnish with
Ginger Julienne and Green chilli bits
