Ingredients:

1 kg raan
1/2 cup yogurt
2 fried onions
2 tbsp raw papaya paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
14-15 almonds or cashews
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 mace
1 small piece of nutmeg
4-5 green cardamom

1 tsp heaped chat masala powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp heaped coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp heaped chili powder
1/2 cup oil

FOR RICE:

2 cups of basmati long grain rice
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 chicken cube ( optional )
1/3 cup of oil
