Ingredients

300gm Mutton
1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
1/2 Onion
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Whole Coriander
1 Tbsp Fennel Seed
10 – 12 Black Pepper
1 Pcs Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
3 – 4 Cloves
500ml Water
300gm Basmati Rice
1/2 Cup Oil
2 – 3 indian Bay leaves
1 Pcs Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
2 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
5 – 6 Green Chillies
Salt to Taste
2 Potatos
1 carrot
1/4 Cup Peas
1/2 Cup Curd
400ml yakni Stock
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 small pcs Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves
