I like to keep things simple
RECIPE:
Rice with 1 veggie stock and some fry light
Tuna Steak: cooking in fry light lemon juice salt and pepper
Salad: Spinach, onion, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
