Namkeen Karahi Gosht Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Mutton mix boti ½ kg
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) 1-2 Cups or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Til (Sesame seeds) grinded 2 tbs
-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) or Badam (Almonds) grinded 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Cream 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne 2
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne ½ inch piece

Directions:
-In wok,add ghee and let it melt,add onion and fry until translucent.
-Add mutton mix boti,garlic paste and mix well until changes color (3-4 minutes).
-Add salt,cumin seeds,coriander seeds and mix well.
-Add water and mix,bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (approx.1 hour).
-Mix well on high flame for 2 minutes.
-Switch off the flame,add yogurt,sesame seeds,poppy seeds/almonds,black pepper crushed & mix well.
-Switch on the flame and cook until ghee separates.
-Again switch off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Simmer on low flame for 2 minutes and add green chilies,ginger & serve.

Ajza:

-Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt karein aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Mutton mix boti aur lehsan paste dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (3-4 minutes).
-Namak,zeera aur dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein,ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per ghost gul janay tak paka lein (approx.1 hour).
-Tez ancch per 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,dahi,til,khashkhash/badam aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur ghee alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Dubara chulha bund karein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein,hari mirch aur adrak dal ker serve karein.
