Tomato(chopped)-1 (medium)
Capsicum/bell pepper(chopped)-1/2
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
