Pani puri is a very popular street snack in several regions of the of Indian subcontinent. It is also called Golgappa, Fuchka, Phuchhaka, Phuchaka or Gup chup. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavoured water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.
Preparation time-45 minutes
Serving-6 to 8
Ingredients:
Semolina(rava/sooji)-1 cup (150 gm approx.)
All purpose flour(maida)-1/3 cup (50 gm approx.)
Water-100 ml approx.
Cooking oil for frying
