Rice flour – 4 spoons
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 1
Celery seeds – 1/4 spoon
Garam masala – 1/3 spoon
Salt – 1/3 spoon
Chat masala – 1/3 spoon
Oil for frying
