Ingredients

Boiled potato ( उबला हुआ आलू ) – 3 to 4
All purpose flour ( मैदा ) – 3/4th cup
Wheat flour ( गेहूं का आटा ) – 3/4th cup
Capsicum ( शिमला मिर्च ) – 1
Green chilli ( हरी मिर्ची ) – 1
Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ) – 1/2 spoon
Celery seeds ( अजवाइन ) – 1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder ( लाल मिर्ची पाउडर ) – 1/4 spoon
Chilli flakes ( चिल्ली फलैक्स ) – 1/4 spoon
Coriander ( धनिया ) – 1 spoon
Mint ( पुदीना ) – 1 spoon
Salt ( नमक ) – 1/2 spoon
Oil ( तेल ) – for frying
