Cheese Pull Apart :
For Bread – Lukewarm Water
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp yeast
1 ½ tbsp milk powder
1 ½ cup maida
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Salt – 1 cup for baking

For Garlic Butter:
Butter – 50-60ml
Olive Oil – 50-60ml
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Garlic – 15 cloves
Parsley / coriander – 1 tbsp

For the final assembly:
Mozzarella – 100g
Parsley or coriander -1 tbsp
Herbs and Chili Flakes – 1 tsp before serving
