1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp jeera seeds

Aloo Pyaaz Filling –
Oil – 2 tbsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Garlic – 2 cloves
Besan – 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Amchoor powder – 1 tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 chopped fine
Salt – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 2 slit
Potato – 2 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 sliced

Crispy Kachori Dough –
Maida – 2 cup
Ajwain – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Water – to make a soft dough
Oil – to deep fry
