Ingredients for Stuffing:
(Serves 4)
– 2 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Soyabean Oil
– 1 cup Onion(sliced)
– 2 Potatoes(boiled & peeled)
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
– 1 Green Chillies(chopped)
– 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
– 1 tbsp Gram Flour
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
– Salt

Ingredients for Outer Coating of Kachori:
– 2 cups Refined Flour
– 1/4 cup Ghee(melted
– Salt
– 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
– Water

Ingredients for Frying:
– Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Soyabean Oil
