Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
Oil
Salt
For Sauce
1/2 tsp Butter
1 Garlic clove (grated)
Green Onions (chopped)
Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup Milk + 1 tsp
Salt
Black Pepper
Butter
Cheddar Cheese
Yogurt
Chilli sauce

Method: Let’s start with Potatoes, starting to score the potatoes using the Folk. Now add Oil over the Potatoes and massage it then add Salt (as shown in the video).
Now place the Potatoes in the Oven (as shown in the video) for an hour. In the meantime, let’s make Sauce, for which start heating the butter with the Garlic clove (grated), Green onions (chopped), Broccoli Florets and cook in the pan. while it is cooking add Milk and Corn flour in the bowl stir it properly and pour it into the saucepan.
Stir it in the pan and boil it, once the mix is thickened add Salt & Black Pepper now cook it for a minute. Now take the Potatoes and make the slit in the center (as shown in the video) open up a potato a bit and add Butter, Broccoli Mixture, Cheddar Cheese, garnish it with green Onions and then sprinkle some salt. Do the same with other potatoes, and bake them in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes. After baking the potatoes add Yogurt on top, with salt and pepper. Finally, garnish with Chilli Sauce and your Dahi Ke Kabab is ready to serve.
