Rava / Semolina Appam
Ingredients:
Rava/Semolina – ¾ cup
Maida – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Cinnamom – 2
Oil – as needed
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Preparation
1. Add rava, maida, sugar and mix them well.
2. Add water and whisk without any lumps then add cinnamon.
3. Let the batter sit for 10min for more fluffy appam.
4. Now add ghee in the oil. Heat a pan, pour a spoonful of batter and cook using oil till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
5. Now serve hot.
