1 nopal stalk
1 celery stick
1 pear
1 cup of and green leaves, they can be spinach, chard, kale, or whatever you have
1 1/2 cups of water
Blend everything until pulverized.
To complement with a breakfast that helps you with digestion, I recommend eating oatmeal. It’s really easy to prepare.
3 spoons of oatmeal, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 cinnamon stick. Let it boil for about 12 minutes over low heat. You can add plums and pecans for flavor and extra fiber.
