This Rose Sandesh recipe is a popular Bengali dessert. Rose Sandesh is a Bengali sweet, It is very healthy and good to eat after the meal. It is a milk based dessert and Sandesh or Kacha Golla is made out of chenna or homemade paneer. Here is a quick version prepared out of homemade paneer. We gave a rose flavor to it by adding Rose Essence. It is also known as Kacha Golla in Bengal.
Using the rose essence is very healthy for diabetic people.

Ingredients:
1 ltr Full Fat Milk
Lemon Juice
Water
6 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Rose Essence

Method: Start with boiling the Milk, let it cool down and then add Lemon Juice (as shown in the video), keep stirring the milk till it is completely cuddled, after few moments we have lumps of Paneer which is ready. Now drain the paneer using the cloth (as shown in the video), rinse properly with water to wash. Knead the paneer to get rid of any access water, break out all the lumps and smoothen the Paneer, then add Powdered Sugar, Corn Flour. Now transfer the Paneer into the Pan, cook the same for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame. Keep stirring continuously for not letting it burn. After 3 minutes turn off the flame and transfer the Paneer into the plate and let it cool down completely. Then add Rose essence into the Paneer, mix it properly. Use the mold to make the shape of your liking or you can make it round also. Take a portion of paneer mixture and press lightly on the mold (as shown in the video) to make the Sandesh and your Rose Sandesh is ready to be served.
