I decided to do a side by side comparison of the new Primers Savvy Minerals released this June.
I split my face in half and do one side in the Hydrating and the other side in mattifying. The I do my makeup and run around all day. I return 13 hours later give my opinion on how it felt and wore through the Californian Hot July Summer Day.
