I received the Savvy Minerals Freedom Eyeshadow in my October Essential Rewards Order and I have been excited to do a Green Eye look with it for this Holiday season. This video got off to a rocky start because I also wanted to test the Ilia True Skin Serum Foundation at the same time and that did not go well, so after washing my face and starting again, (my ilia true skin serum review will follow this video in playlist) I applied my regular Savvy Minerals foundation, with Dark 1 foundation as the contour, and I used Serene as the blush. Then I used Freedom dry as the transition shade. I added in Chloe Morellos Ciate London Vol II palette, in shade Halo, but honestly in the end I didn’t need it. If I were to do it again, I would coat my eye in the Ambition shade from the Savvy Minerals palette 1, and then build up the green, dry for transition, then in the outer corner and into the crease darken it up. Then get my brush wet and pack on the Ambition wet on the inner corner of the lid toward the center. Then I would add on top the Freedom with a wet brush and pack that on to get a intense green foiled eye. Touch up the inner corners with some more Ambition. And then smoke out the lower lash line with Freedom on a wet brush. Add mascara. The lip was comprised of a Savvy Minerals lipstick in color Muse, and topped with the copper lipgloss from Savvy Minerals in Journey.
