Schezwan Sauce Recipe | Homemade Schezwan Sauce | Chinese Sauce | kabitaskitchen

Schezwan Sauce is a spicy sauce used in Schezwan recipes like Schezwan Fried Rice, Noodles etc. It is made from dried red chiili, garlic and ginger.

Ingredients:
Dry red chilli(medium spicy)-50 gm
Garlic cloves(finely chopped)-15
Ginger(finely chopped)-3 inch
Tomato ketchup-2 tsp
Soy sauce-2 tsp
White vinegar-2 tbsp
Salt as per taste or 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil-6 tbsp
