Activation Work: Bands/ Side raise/ Cable external rotations: 15 reps repeat twice
Main:
1. Shoulder press 10 Reps 4 Sets
2. Side Raise 10 Reps 4 Sets
3. Incline Fly: 10 Reps 4 Sets
4. Reverse Peck: 10 Reps 4 Sets
5. Explosive Balls: 10 Reps 4 Sets
