1.250 Ltrs Water
¼ Tsp Kewra Essence
Pinch of Orange Food Color
200 Gms Basmati Rice
3 Tbsp Pure Ghee
4-5 Green Cardamoms
2 Cloves
1 Cup Sugar
Almonds,Pistas,Cashews,Raisins
All one Tbsp each
¼ Cup Mawa / Khoya
