Lemon curd recipe in grams:
– 3 Whole Eggs
– 2 Egg Yolks
– 200 grams Sugar
– 140 grams Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount – you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
– The zest of 3 Lemons
– 80 grams of Butter
– 15 gr Corn Starch

– 3 Whole Eggs
– 2 Egg Yolks
– 1 cup Sugar
– 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount – you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
– The zest of 3 Lemons
– 2/3 stick of Butter
– 1½ tbsp Corn Starch
