Ingredients for Holi Special Recipes Chasni wali Gujia:
Ghee – ½ tbsp
Cashew & Almonds Chopped – 6 tbsp
Dessicated Coconut – 6 tbsp
Mawa – 200g
Maida / Plain Flour – 250g
Salt – 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – 5 tbsp
Water – to make a dough
Sugar – 300g
Pani – 250ml
Kesar – few strands
Elaichi Powder – ¼ tsp
Powdered Sugar – ⅔ cup
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Oil / Ghee – to deep fry
Pista – to garnish
