I sat down with the team and expressed how important it was for me and the entire community to maintain and stay or even start their fitness journey and to not give up during this time of year! I don’t want you to wait till January I want you to start NOW!

HOW IT WORKS:

1⃣ 24 mini challenges: a new challenge a day formed of 4 exercises 1 round! That’s it!

2⃣ Once you’ve completed a challenge you will gain a STAR ⭐ you have 24 to collect!

3⃣ ANYONE can join and it’s for ALL levels. All you have to do is press the JOIN button❗ on the tone and sculpt app and wait for your first challenge to unlock on 1st December.

4⃣ Your first challenge will unlock on 1st December!

5⃣ you simply have to download the #toneandsculptapp for your 7 day free trial on all subscriptions
