My Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe –

Ingredients for the Strawberry Filling in grams:

– 300 gr Strawberries
– 2 tbsp Water
– 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
– The Zest of 1 lemon
– 200 gr Sugar
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract to add at the end ( optional but recommended)

Ingredients for the Strawberry Filling in Cups:

– 10.5 ounces of Strawberries
– 2 tbsp Water
– 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
– The Zest of 1 lemon
– 1 cup Sugar
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract to add at the end ( optional but recommended)
