Ingredients of Street Food Chole Kulche

White Chickpeas – 1 cup
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chilli – 1
Potato – 1
Lemon – 1
Salt – 1 spoon
Dry yeast – 1 spoon
Sugar – 1 spoon
Curd – 3 spoons
Red chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Chana masala – 1/2 spoon
Tamarind – 3 spoons
Onion seeds – 1/2 spoon
Coriander – 4 spoons
Oil as required
