Today’s recipe is a perfect healthy and easy breakfast recipe which has goodness of fenugreek leaves. we make at least once or twice methi ka paratha at my house every week. but this time i made it using suji ( semolina ) to give it a different taste and texture. these were light and very tasty. they go best with pickle and some hot chai. try this recipe now.
Ingredients of Suji ka Methi Paratha
Methi – 1/2 cup
Suji – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 spoon
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 2
Amchur powder – 1/2 spoon
and some Desi Ghee
