Oil – 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 3/4 tsp
Haldi Powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – 1 ½ tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Besan – ¾ cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Water – ¼ cup (more or less)
Water – 3 Cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Suji / Semolina – 1 ½ cup
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – to deep fry the kachori
