Tamarind Chutney Recipe | Imli ki Khatti Meethi Chutney | Sweet and Spicy Chutney | kabitaskitchen

Tamarind/emli chutney is a sweet and sour chutney. Tamarind goes well with dahi wada, chat, samosa, stuffed paratha, breal roll etc.
Ingredients:
Tamarind pulp-150 gm
(150 gm with water and 50 gm without water)
Jaggery(gud)-100 gm
Sugar-2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
Chat masala-1/3 tsp
Black salt(kala namak)-1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/3 tsp
Cooking oil-1 tbsp
