Ingredient
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp Cumins
1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
4 Whole Kashimiri Chillies
4 Chicken Legs
½ cup Hung Curd
1 & ½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Juice of a Lemon
2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (roast n crush) (kasuri methi)
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
Some Butter
