Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Javithiri (mace) – 1
Star anise – 1
Kalpasi
Cardamom – 2
Bay leaf
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon stick
Garlic cloves – 8
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilli – 2
Shallots – 200 grams
Oil – 4 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Tomato – 3
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Curd – 75 ml
Salt
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Water – for 2 cups of rice add 4 cups of water
