As we age our skin will start to lose its elasticity. This result in saggy skin and can cause double chin.

Obesity’s and excessive weight on your body.
Fat can be stored in many areas of the body that’s including under the chin the upper neck area.

Just because the fat lie on top of the muscles just below the skin.
If we just focus on stretching the muscles surrounding the jaw line alone with not be able to reduce the fat area that causes double chin.

In order to get rid of the fat in the chin area one need to massage it to relax the muscles and stretching around the area. This will help to get rid of the fat causing the double chin.
