Troubled by the disputes running within his Kingdom, King Krishnadevaraya visited the River Narmada in Cuttack. There he happened to see a great sage meditating and levitating with divinity. The sage, noticing the king’s troubled mind, gives him a bowl and asked him to fill it with a bowl of water and carry it all the way to the Vijayanagar Kingdom.
