Potatoes are my favourite vegetable when it comes to making snacks. i believe a good snack has to be crispy and tasty. so today’s recipe makes a perfect fit since it’s crispy, tasty, quick and it’s made using potatoes. these aloo cutlets took only about 10 minutes and they were finished within 10 minutes lol. everybody loves them. this is a perfect vegetarian potato recipe and it requires almost no cooking skills to make these perfect looking crispy and tasty snacks.

Ingredients for Crispy Potato Cutlets

Boiled potato ( उबला हुआ आलू ) – 2
Rice Flour ( चावल का आटा ) – 1 cup
Amchur ( अमचूर ) – 1/2 spoon
Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ) – 1/2 spoon
Red chilli powder ( लाल मिर्ची पाउडर ) – 1/2 spoon
Salt ( नमक ) – 1/2 spoon
Cumin seeds ( जीरा ) – 1/4 spoon
Black pepper powder ( काली मिर्च पाउडर ) – 1/4 spoon
Tomato Ketchup ( टोमेटो केचप ) – 2 spoons
Desiccated coconut ( नारियल का बुरा ) – 2 spoons
Coriander ( धनिया ) – 3 spoons
Oil ( तेल ) – for frying
