Tendonitis in the knee is the inflammation of the tendons that connect your knee cap to your shine bone.

Your pain may be mild or even severe.

It’s a common injury among athletes, especially those who play volleyball and basketball, that it’s called jumper’s knee.

Pain and tenderness at the base of your kneecap are usually the first symptoms of tendonitis.
Symptoms:
1.Swelling in the knee.
2.Burning feeling.
3.Pain when walking or running.
4.Tenderness feeling.
5.Pain when bending the knee.

Causes:
1.Tight leg muscles.
2.Overused the knee like jumping too much.
3.Uneven leg muscles.
4.Tendons weaken by inflammation.
