This is Why You Should Drink Chamomile Tea Every Day

In this video, you are going to learn what are the health benefits of chamomile tea and how it can help you relax, sleep better and more!

Chamomile is a very common herb, found in most homes, and is known to have calming properties. But not everyone knows what all of its health benefits are.

It’s considered to be one of the oldest and most versatile medicinal herbs, and its tea is made from tiny flowers that are similar to daisies, has an apple scent that has reassured people for thousands of years.

Formerly, it was used as a remedy for various problems such as:

Cold symptoms, gastric and gastrointestinal problems, toothaches, seizures and insomnia.

In today’s video we’re going to talk about chamomile’s health benefits…

A good way to consume chamomile is through a  chamomile tea.

All you have to do is:

Boil a cup of water and add 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers.
Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes is up, strain your tea and drink it.

This tea should be drunk 3 times a day, and if necessary it can be sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.

As we have said before, the tea is harmless, but should not be consumed in excess.

Like everything in life the right dosage will do your body good.
