Water – 2 liter
Salt – as per taste
Noodles – 180 / 200g pack
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch chopped
Onion Sliced – 1
Cabbage – ½ cup sliced
Carrot Sliced -1
Salt – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1
Momo chutney – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
MSG – ½ tsp (key ingredient for the hilly taste)
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Haldi – ½ tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Soya Sauce – ½ tsp
Coriander stems – handful
Hakka Masala – 1 packet / curry powder – ½ tsp
Stock – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
