Workout below:
WARM UP:
1. 30 kick backs each leg
2. Half squat into a full squat (1 rep) 20-30 reps
3. Legs swings 20-30 reps each leg
4. Barbell only squats 15-20 reps
WORKOUT:
1. Barbell squat 12 reps 4 sets
2. Hip thrust 10 reps short break 5 reps with very long hold 4 sets
3. Split squats 12 reps 4 sets
4. Deadlift 10 reps short break 5 reps 4 sets
5. Hamstring curls 12 reps 4 sets
FINISH: 50 wide stance deadlift
