TODAY’S RECIPE IS Vanilla & Chocolate Pudding Recipe | Eggless Pudding Recipe

Vanilla and Chocolate Pudding – an easy recipe for a comforting homemade pudding that can be served warm in cold days or chilled in the summer days, with fruits, nuts or grated chocolate on top.

INGREDIENTS:
CORN FLOUR – 3 TBSP
SUGAR – 1/2 CUP
RICE FLOUR – 1 TBSP
SALT – 1/4 TSP
MILK – 2 CUP
MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
PLACE THE PAN OVER MEDIUM FLAME
KEEP STIR UNTIL MILK THICKENS
WHEN MILK BECOMES THICK
ADD HEAVY CREAM – 3 TBSP
( IF YOU DON’T HAVE HEAVY CREAM THEN ADD 4 TBSP CORN FLOUR INSTEAD OF 3 TBSP )
MIX WELL
TURN OFF THE FLAME
VANILLA – 1/2 TSP
MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
DIVIDE THE MIXTURE IN TWO PARTS
GRATED CHOCOLATE – 2 TBSP
COCO POWDER – 1 TBSP
MIX WELL
