Ingredients:
1 cup Potatoes, chopped & steamed
3/4 cup Cauliflower
2 ½ cup Coconut Milk
½ tsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
1 tbsp Italian Herbs

Method of preparation:
Steam the potatoes, take a mixer jar add potatoes, half of the coconut milk, and blend it into a paste.
Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic and once they start turning brown add the potato paste into it and cook it on low flame.
On the other hand blend the cauliflower, with coconut milk.
Add the cauliflower mixture, salt to the garlic and potato mixture and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add black pepper, Italian herbs, switch off the gas and stir it nicely.
Our Vegan White Sauce is ready.
