WE GOT A FIRE TRUCK FOR OUR HOME, Ford F700 Fire Truck. I know this is crazy but we now have a 1984 Ford F700 Diesel Fire Engine to play with and learn about, plus help us fight any fire that comes near us. We live in Northern California on almost 7 acres and after the last 2 years of fires in our region we have decided to get further equipped at handling potential fire threats.
This video begins with after school on Friday. The boys get out half day on Fridays and we go to lunch together, today we went to one of their favorites, La Bou. Unfortunately, Miles was at Kumon and Turner was not feeling well so it was a off lunch, plus Stewart was more picky than normal. Stewart is always very particular but today he was even more detailed about everything. After lunch we went to the consignment store and then to Trader Joes. As we were driving home I got a call that the Fire Truck had been delivered. Needless to say the boys were very excited to get home and see the new engine.
This old Fire Engine is no longer effective for current fire departments but it is perfect for us, plus it is so cute and hopefully will not only teach our boys how it operates but also assist in fight any fires that come our way.
