After caesarean section or even after normal delivery most of our females complains of bulging tummy. The most common reason for bulging tummy is you are eating high sugar diet after delivery because in our Indian diet they give lot of ghee, sugar, all carbohydrate and females don’t do any exercise. Usually we advice to do the exercise 6 weeks after the delivery or caesarean section. This exercise should include the abdomen exercise and strenuous exercise to reduce the fat on your tummy. So you have to do the exercise after delivery or caesarean section after 6 weeks.
