Endometrium is a dynamic thing. Every month, it is build up, it remains stationary and then, it is shed off . The increased thickness signifies different things according to the age of the patient. In the child bearing age, if the thickness is increased, it could be just symptom of early pregnancy. When the test is positive till 5 weeks of time you cannot see any gestational sac inside the uterus and the endometrium will show thickness.According to the age of the patient , we have to tell them the treatment and diagnose.
