New Series: Getting Back On Track. This is Episode 1 and its all about what I personally eat in a day. These meals are for me and my goals if you need help figuring out what you need to eat feel free to email me for a meal plan.
I seasoned my meals with coconut oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
As you can see I am eating often and im certainly note cutting out my carbs or fats!!
