Al Dente is an Italian word which means “to the tooth” or to have a bite. We use this word when we cook pasta to signify that the pasta needs to cooked to a stage where it is soft but still has a light bite to it when eaten.
अल-देंते एक इटालीयन शब्द है जिसका मतलब है “टू द टूथ” यानी किस्सी भी डिश को इतना पकाना की खाते समय उसमें एक बाइट आना। अल-देंते का ज़िक्र हम करते हैं जब हम पास्ता पकाते हैं। पास्ता नरम होने के साथ अल-देंते होना चाहिए, यानी पास्ता चबाते वक़्त उस में बाइट हो।
