Now most of the toddlers when they start to learn to walk or the start to crawl they tend to have a lot of frequent falls this is the time in most of the parents they get very anxious and worried when there is minor fall for the child. Most of the falls or head injuries are usually minor in the kids but however we need to worry if the child has a lot of bleeding after the fall and they have cuts with few bleeding or in any case is the child has lost any consciousness or had vomiting episode soon after the fall. Another important thing to be noted is if there is any bleeding from the ear, nose and throat. If the child is perfectly fine for around one to two hours is very unlikely a child has any attained any internal head injuries. However being on the safe side we need to keep a note on the child for almost 48 hours and the child is very conscious, alert and playful there is no worries but in case the child has been a loss of consciousness on you feel like a toddler has a confused speech and the kids has new bonds have increase irritability or there is high pitch cry then we need to worry or else there will be persistent vomiting again the bleeding from the ear nose and throat. Another important thing is a child can have convulsions if the child has attend any internal injuries in case we feel you find any of these symptoms you need to rush to the hospital immediately and the for the evaluation like the scanning the others are required test will be done by the doctor.
