500 gms Basmati Rice
MAKE A PASTE OF
10 Garlic buds
4 pcs Ginger
4 Green Chillies
A SMALL NUTMEG
A SMALL PC OF MACE
1 Cup Oil
4 Bay Leaves
2 Whole Red Chillies
1 Tsp Shah Zeera
One Onion Chopped
Add Little Salt
1 Cup Curd
Some Chopped Coriander
4 Whole Green Chillies
1 tsp Kewda water
Saffron soaked in ¼ cup warm Milk
1 Tbsp Ghee
