Zinger Fries_Super crispy and coated french fries_How to make spicy and crispy french fries

Today i am making very delicious and super crispy fries that is zinger fries. Zinger fries is basically spicy coated fries which is coated with zinger mixture coating and its looks like zinger sticks.Awesome taste and my family love this fries.

Zinger fries
ingredients
potato 1 kg (cut in fries)
flour 1 cup
corn flour 2 tbsp
ginger powder 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
red crush chillies 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
chicken powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
oil for frying
