6 Signals Our Body Sends to Tell Us We Are Too Stressed

As humans, we have experienced what it feels like to be stressed at certain points of our lives; most of us even experience it every now and then.

But do you know that there are certain signals our body sends to let us know when we are way too stressed?
In this video, I’m going share some signals that shed more light Babel’s theory coupled with handy suggestions on how to handle emotional problems.

Let’s get to it!

1. Head
Most people associate headaches with several different things, but excessive stress is the primary cause. A headache could be as a result of worries about possible failures or other little things in your life.

Try to have some alone time — just relax and free yourself from worries. The peace and quiet will calm your mind and even boost your productivity. Just be sure to do this every day, and those headaches will be no more!

2. Neck
Do you have the habit of resenting others? Or do you always feel dissatisfied with yourself? If your is yes to these questions, then that’s the cause of that nasty neck pain. Simply put, neck pain comes as a result of not being willing to someone or ourselves.

Be happy and let go. Learn to forgive and free yourself from negative thoughts. There are still nice people around that are willing to share their happiness with you. Just take it easy and focus more on things that make you smile.

3. Shoulder
Always experiencing pain in your shoulders? Emotional burdens and constant pressure are the likely culprits. It could be that someone in your life may be your boss or spouse puts so much pressure on you, or you have a heavy burden that you just can’t seem to solve.

Just call a close friend and let it all out. The mere act of sharing your worries will give you a much-needed relief, and that’s exactly what you need. Who knows? You might even end up finding a solution to the problem.

4. Upper Back
Upper back pain comes when we feel like people we love and care about are less concerned about us. It’s a pain that’s associated with the feeling of being unloved and unappreciated.

Try to go out more often and meet new people — go on dates and have fun. Don’t be uptight, smile and let people see the beautiful you! Finally, don’t hide your feelings — remember, you only live once!

5. Lower Back
Do you always find yourself feeling worried about money? More like wanting to have a huge mansion and flashy cars? If yes, those your financial worries may lead to lower back pain.

Now, money is great, but it can’t buy us happiness — you need to quit worrying and be happy with who you are. Just focus your energy on doing what you love — you’ll feel happier, and with time, you’ll be laughing all the way to the bank.

6. Elbows
Do you find that you’re rarely interested in making significant changes in your life? Like having an unwillingness to compromise? If yes, you’ve finally discovered what causes that elbow pain. In essence, elbow pain may be linked to the subconscious fear of trying new things.

Most of us believe that life is way too complicated, but it’s not as hard as you think it to be. It could be that we only make things look tough — try to be flexible and quit fighting things you cannot change.
